I recently visited Moon River Silk Dining with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first major issue was the extremely limited menu. It seems that they are frequently out of key ingredients, which drastically reduces the number of available dishes. This not only shows a lack of preparation but also leads to disappointment when the items you were looking forward to are suddenly unavailable.

As for the food that was available, the taste was quite underwhelming. The flavors were bland, and it was evident that the dishes lacked the fresh ingredients and attention to detail that you would expect from a restaurant of this type. For the price they charge, I expected a lot more in terms of quality and taste.

Lastly, the waiting time was unreasonable. We had to wait over 1hour and about 45 minutes just to get our appetizers, and the main course took even longer. Even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, the service was slow and inattentive. It felt like they were either understaffed or poorly managed, which added to the overall frustration of the dining experience.

ไปร้านวันวาเลนไทน์ เข้าไปประมาณ 20:45 พนักงานพาไปนั่งโต๊ะแล้วก็สั่งอาหารไป 3-4 อย่างและเครื่องดื่ม ช่วงนั้นคนเต็มร้าน เข้าใจว่าช่วงเทศกาล เลยเลือกร้านเพราะเห็นเป็นร้านดังติดรีวิว น่าจะมีการจัดการที่ดี ช้านิดหน่อยไม่เป็นไร แต่..

สรุป เขาทำออเดอร์โต๊ะเราหาย นั่งรอตั้งแต่สองทุ่มกว่าจนถึงสี่ทุ่มกว่า สุดท้ายไม่ได้กิน และไม่ได้รับการขอโทษใดๆ เลย การแก้ปัญหาคือ เขามาบอกตอน ช่วงสี่ทุ่ม ว่าครัวปิดแล้ว ไม่มีออเดอร์ บอกว่าทำได้แค่จะให้ครัวทำให้ ณ ตอนสี่ทุ่มนั้น ผู้จัดการก็จัดการได้แค่นี้เลย เสียความรู้สึกมาก เพราะมันควรแก้ปัญหาแต่แรก ไม่ใช่ปล่อยเลยมาจนร้านจะปิด

ทั้งๆที่ตั้งใจเลือกเพราะเป็นร้านติดรีวิว นึกว่าจะมีการจัดการที่ดีกว่านี้ เข้าใจว่าออเดอร์ตกหล่นได้ แต่ติดใจตรง ทำไม พนักงานไม่ตามออเดอร์ให้ตั้งแต่เรียกครั้งแรก! ครั้งที่สองก็ยังไม่รันคำขออีก ทั้งๆที่เป็นเคสที่ควรตามก่อนได้แล้วเพราะมันผิดปกติ ให้มันล่วงเลยมาเป็นชั่วโมงกว่า การจัดลำดับความสำคัญไม่ได้เลย แล้วร้านวันนั้นแย่มากพนักงานน้อย ดูแลไม่ทั่วถึงสุดๆ

รายละเอียดทั้งหมด.. เราเรียกพนักงานตามอาหารครั้งที่ 1 เพราะตอนนั้นรอเกือบครึ่งชม มันแปลกๆ เพราะน้ำเขายังไม่เสิร์ฟเลย แถมถังน้ำแข็งอันเก่าของคนนั่งก่อนเรายังอยุ่ ไม่เก็บเลย เลยบอกให้มาเสริฟน้ำก่อนก็ยังดี แถมตอนเรียกพนักงานเรียก ยากมากๆ ทั้งๆที่เป็นช่วงวันเทศกาล พนักงานดูแลที่โซนเรา ยี่สิบกว่าโต๊ะ มีประแค่ 4 คน เท่าที่เห็น ตอนมาเสริฟ ให้โต๊ะไหน แทบไม่หันมามองคนโต๊ะรอบๆเลย เห็นบางโต๊ะ ยกมือแล้วยกมืออีกกว่าจะได้ออเดอร์แต่ละอย่าง สุดท้ายพนักงานก็แค่รับเรื่อง พยักหน้า ทำหน้ายุ่งๆ งงๆ ถามแค่ออเดอร์ละใช่มั้ย นี่ก็บอกออเดอร์ไปตั้งสองทุ่มละ ละก็หายไปเป็นชม. ก็ยังไม่มีน้ำที่สั่งมาสักแก้ว

เรียกพนักงานครั้งที่สอง เพราะตอนนั้นจะสามทุ่มกว่าละ คิดว่าไม่ปกติแน่ๆ กว่าจะเรียกได้เป็นสิบนาทีเหมือนเดิม ก็ถามไปว่ายังไม่ได้ทั้งข้าวทั้งน้ำ ไปตามให้ที พนักงานถามกลับบอกว่าครัวปิดแล้วนะคะ นี่ก็งง ละต้องทำไง เลยบอกอีกทีว่าไปตามให้หน่อย กว่าจะรู้เรื่อง ละก็เดินหายไป เป็นสิบกว่านาที

จนอีกไม่กี่นาทีจะสี่ทุ่มละ ก็เพิ่งเดินมาบอก ออเดอร์ลูกค้าไม่มีนะคะ บิลในครัวหมดแล้ว นี่ก็งง พนักงานเลยเสนอมา รอมั้ยคะเดี๋ยวให้ครัวทำให้เลย คือตอนนั้นอารมคนหิวมาก โมโห ต้องรอเพราะความผิดพลาดของพนักงาน ยังต้องรอต่ออีก เสียเวลามากๆ เลยไม่รับ บอกจะกลับเลย พนักงานก็ ทำหน้าแบบลอยๆ ไม่สามารถแก้ไขสถานการณ์ตอนนั้นได้ ละเดินไปเลย

จนแฟนเดินไปที่เคาท์เตอร์ บอกว่าสรุปยังไม่ได้ทำใช่มั้ย เพื่อยืนยันจะได้กลับ เพราะพนักงานดูงงมากๆ ดูจัดการอะไรไม่ได้เลย สุดท้ายพวกเราเลยเดินออกไป ละผู้จัดการก็มาหา แต่.. คำตอบเดิมเลย เดี๋ยวจะให้ครัวเร่งทำให้ใหม่รอได้มั้ย ตอนนั้น ไม่ไหวละ คำขอโทษยังไม่มีเลย เลยเดินออกไปเลย

สภาพโต๊ะวันนั้นถังน้ำแข็ง ขวดน้ำเปล่าคนก่อนหน้ายังไม่เก็บเลย ไม่ได้กินน้ำไรเลย โครตผิดปกติ...
