This is my first time at Hongmin. First of all, their staff are very friendly and helpful, though most of them are not Thai.

Foods are great especially their noodle menus. Talking about taste, most dishes have moderate taste not strong like other chinese restaurants I tried before and I like it. Their chilli paste really helps to bring out the taste even more for those who love stronger flavor. Foods are served really quick and arrived hot.

This place is called Hong Minh, and serves excellent Chinese food. My wife and I live pretty close by, so it is our default restaurant when we want Peking duck or some other Chinese specialty. It is owned by the owners of the Hua Seng Hong chain of restaurants, and the quality is the same as a Hua Seng Hong but with prices that are a little bit cheaper. Waited for the whole hour for food...we ordered soda drink... it came after one hour and in between that hour, we asked the waiters 3 times about the drink and the noodle we ordered.
