Beautiful place with nice setting- makes you feel like you are away from city despite only 20mins drive from Bangkok.. lots of greens makes you feel relaxed and since it’s away from the main traffic, it’s quite quiet. good selection of menus including sone western food as well as traditional Thai. Unfortunately I’m giving only two stars as the service was lacking… make sure you come with lots of time to send there as the service is extraordinarily slow…. Waited 20 mins to get the drink and more than one hour to get one dish.. when asked, they asked me to change the order to another as it’s faster.. meaning that they haven’t even started preparing my order after one hour… Customers sitting next to me were also complaining about waiting time for their order, so I believe many might have experienced the same issue.. It’s might be good to visit during week, but avoid lunch time during weekends.

Agalin Garden Room in Samut Prakan was a major disappointment. First off, the location pinned on Google Maps is incorrect, which led us astray when we tried to find the place. While the area itself has potential, it’s clear that it’s in need of better maintenance. However, the worst part of the experience was the staff. The person who greeted us was unfriendly, spoke too quickly and unclearly, and seemed dismissive of our questions. It felt like she had already decided where we should sit without considering our preferences. She told us an area was full, but when we looked, there were still available seats. Nice peaceful garden with canal and pond. The restaurant itself was quite small but had a chic yet luxurious design with a baby grand piano and the atmosphere was that of a fine dining experience. The menu is small and the dishes were presented as you would expect for this price point. I found the sodas, while quaint in presentation, just a little flavourless. The main courses were not overly delicious. Since the pana cotta was finished we ordered the chocolate cake with ice-cream, it was OK, again, nothing to write home about. The service could have been better, I don't really appreciate giggling teenagers when I'm trying to order. All in all, not a place...
