The classic dish is done well here. Be sure to use the side sauce to drizzle over the rice and chicken with each bite. If you like spicy you can add more chillies, and for a refreshing but strong taste ask for extra ginger.
Their stewed pork leg (kao kaa muu) is also good, with pickled veggies and a chili vinegar sauce.
The Biriyani rice and chicken is full flavor, and the meat falls right off the bone.
