Specs On Specialty coffee — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

One of the best specialty cafe that I always come back to every time I come to Hatyai.

I ordered Sirinya Thai coffee, hot drip, the test notes were passion fruit, pineapple and cocoa. Very impressed and consistent quality.

The other is Colombia coffee, hot drip. The test notes were apple and berries. This one is quite expensive(+55 baht) but still affordable level. Complex and balance with sweet and sour of apple and berries. Appreciate Batista's skill.

If anyone doesn't like sour coffee, but wants to try fruit-toned coffee, you can tell the barista. Moreover, they have more than 10 varieties of coffee beans to choose from.

Amazing specialty coffee shop on the outskirts of Hat Yai. Well worth the walk from downtown though 😉 A very relaxing establishment with a view of the street. All of the staff were super friendly! You can get a wide selection of beans for pourover brews + they have a wide array of their own signature drinks like the Yuzu Shakerato which is absolutely amazing. Also, after travelling all over the world and having visited hundrends of specialty coffee shops, this is the only time that I got served a few grams of freshly ground coffee next to my brew. What a fantastic idea as it really elevates the hole sensoric and drinking experience. Bottom line: If you like coffee and find yourself in Hat Yai, come here! Ocean Blend Magic coffee☕️ extra money to choose the blended beans-ocean blend- four beans from Thailand Brazil Ethiopia- lemon peach peanut candy. Everything is tart and sour on top. The yogurt foam was pretty tasty.
