Tamashii Ramen — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

A surprise find recommended by several people. While it is pricey, but it is comparable to what you would find in Bangkok in a much higher price. I tried their supposedly signature, “Tamashii”.

The soup was a blended ingredients, shrimps cheese and chicken soup (tori paitan?) according to their employees. It was rich, creamy, and also very heavy but not too overwhelming.

This would probably be the best ramen shop in hatyai. Everything is handmade there from scratch and right in front of you if you sit by the cooking area.

The ramen is very good. I like it.

The place is kind of small and aesthetically looks very Japanese. Only issue is that it feels kinda hot there. Maybe they should have an additional air-conditioning fitted...

A ramen shop tucked in the neighbourhood area. Loved the vibe of this small cosy shop. They have a bar seat where u can see the cooking process right in front of u. Welcoming & warm service. They served quality ramen with very thick greasy broth. Not to my favour. The miso ramen broth is extremely thick. It's like sauce instead of soup. The gyoza is fragrant...
