The Company, Hatyai.
The Company is a specialty coffee cafe in Hatyai, not far from the city center (probably 2 to 3 km drive). The location is a bit hidden but they provide ample car park spaces on the opposite side of the cafe. You will be greeted with 3 group Spirit espresso machine with multiple grinder. The cafe ambiance is simple and relaxing, suitable for some chill session over coffee in the morning.
The staff is friendly, and luckily some of them can understand english (especially the lady barista). They will try to explain the option of roasting they have as they offer medium, medium dark and dark roast for espresso based coffee drinker ( a great option to tackle different taste preferences).
The espresso based serve is their house blend which has a good acidity, with notes of chocolate and nutty taste in medium and well prepared by the barista. The coffee is pretty standard size similar with coffee price in Malaysia (RM11 - 90 baht) but the whole beans sold as retail is surprisingly cheap. 250gm beans is only 200 baht (rm26).
I have a great experience coming to the cafe twice while in Hatyai and definitely recommend this for anyone needed a good coffee while...

Mango Cream Pie This pie is crafted from fresh mango fruit, featuring a top layer of mango jelly that I found slightly sweet. The bottom layer is soft and sponge-like, creating a pleasant overall taste.
Lemon Cheese Cake The cake's top layer is lemon jelly, with a noticeable hint of artificial lemon essence. The cheesecake base melts in the mouth, though both layers didn't seamlessly meld together.
Coconut Cream Pie Filled with coconut flesh, this pie has a somewhat firm crust but provides a balanced sweetness.
(*Overall, the café offers a diverse selection of desserts, each with its own unique flavour profile that's best appreciated through tasting.)
I've tried five different coffees at their place: Caramel Macchiato, Caramel Latte, Salted Caramel Mocha (noted for its less intense chocolate flavour), Coffee Limon Miel (described as tangy and sweet), and Matcha Espresso. When ordering coffee there, you have the option to select light, medium, or dark roasted coffee beans to cater to your specific flavour...
Read moreThis café is, by far, the best café in Hatyai for me.
Today—my birthday—I was brought here with my partner as a surprise. And at first glance at the display of pastries, they were all absolutely mouthwatering. Not to mention that each of these pastries' price was reasonable, the staff were also friendly and attentive. Even the atmosphere around us was cozy and peaceful, making it a perfect place to study and relax.
The best part was the taste!
At the moment I took the first bite, I was speechless. These fancy cakes were crunchy, flavourful, and delicous! If I were given a paragraph to write, there wouldn't be enough space for me to describe how delicious they were for sure!
Lucky me that this café was part of my partner's plan, I got to learn that there's such a great café out there.
Will definitely come back again to enjoy these flavourful and...
