It was a simple dinner for 1 at a small restaurant, but the service from the staff was friendly and excellent. I ordered steam prawns in egg custard (not sure if that's the actual name) and a fried kailan with salted fish bits. The 2 dishes complemented each other very well, thought the prawns were steamed too long and could had been fresher. I had rice and a glass of iced chrysanthemum tea to complete the meal. Mandatory stop whenever we’re at hatyai , despite over the years price & food is still on par like the first time we went during 10 years ago . Enjoy our meal as usual , parent in law enjoy the Tom yum very much . We still prefer to have siakap fish for their signature deep fried fish dishes, but we’re told but the lady boss it has been out of stock for a while . But overall taste it’s still delicious.
