Noir Bar & Restaurant is a newly opened Thai (Isan) restaurant. The place is very well decorated, with ample menu selections, good quality and delicious food and very reasonable price. The wait staff are very friendly and efficient. They also have live musiin the evening. The lady owner, Khun Goii, is extremely attentive and speak English fluently. It is a great place !!

I would come back to Noir again when I travel back to Surat Thani again. I highly recommend Noir Bar...

Prefect traditional restaurant, the food quality is good, prices are very good, although there is no english menu and no english talking staff its good authentic local food restaurant to experience, great service, totaly recomended, we loved the food ❤️,...
