Love love love this place. We had a few hours to kill before taking the boat to Koh Tao and we're so happy we found this place. First of all amazing to have homemade bagels which are not easy to make especially I thailand where its hot and they were lovely. I had Avocado on mine which was very ripe and soft with 2 perfectly cooked fried eggs. My husband had the smoked salmon which I was worried because its hard to get good smoked salmon and he loved it with so much cream cheese. The homemade potatoes were also so tasty we polished them all.
The owner came over to check and are how we were and he's so li d and friendly and was drawing amazing cat drawings on the walls as they only opened a few weeks ago. There's plenty of games so me and my husband played backgammon which was so fun.
Lastly we decided to go upstairs to chill on the bean bags its got plenty of nice areas to work if you need to do stuff on your laptop.

Food: Finn's bakery prides itself on having the best bagels in town. Whilst that might be the case, I personally found them a little bit hard compared to what youll find at a kosher deli. Bagels shouldn't be giving you a jaw ache. Without a doubt, the food is good, but there's definitely room for...

This place really does it all: corners the market on bagels in Surathani (as far as I know), does all the breakfast items to perfection (I've yet to try their wraps and non-breakfast sammies), and serves very respectable, high-end coffee (no small thing in a non-touristt town in Thailand).
Sipping good coffee and having one of their breakfast specials with bacon and eggs and home fried potatoes will make you think you're in a resort town on the West coast or one of the islands. Having bagels and these lovely, fried potato pancakes delivered to your doorstep will make you think you're in NYC. And on that note, sometimes they also have smoked salmon đ
It's a little taste of home for Americans and comforting, delicious...
