——————————————— This was my third visit to Bantak Cafe and Wine, and it was truly exceptional! I had the pleasure of attending their special Christmas Dinner (on 24th Dec), and the experience was nothing short of magical.

The owners went above and beyond to create a warm and festive atmosphere, making every guest feel welcomed and cherished. The traditional Christmas meal was absolutely delightful – from the perfectly roasted turkey to the indulgent desserts, every dish was prepared with care and authenticity. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients were evident in every bite.

The cozy ambiance paired with the charm of the wine selection, added to the festive spirit. It was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with loved ones.

I was told there is a great steak and pasta restaurant in Bantak and I should try it. The first time I went there a bit early and chef was not there but on the way back. I was ok to wait. I ordered a caesar salad and beef lasagna. However, order of food was not right (lasagna came first and salad came later). Food portions were very generous. Lasagna was not my like (too creamy). Salad was ok. However, I wanted to give a second try before concluding and giving an opinion.

My second visit was just to order dried-chili and beacon pasta. It said spaghetti in the menu, but I was served with home-made other type of pasta. It was not a big deal. The pasta was great, as spicy as I like.

Set among the owners beautiful gardens, Bantak Cafe and Wine Garden is a clean peaceful oasis serving authentic Australian cuisine. The menu consists of succulent sirloin steaks, fantastic beef burgers, excellent pork or chicken parmigiana topped with melted cheese, salmon steak and a range of pasta dishes. Salads and vegetables are all organic, many home grown. A selection of desserts, wines, beers and drinks is also available.
