ความคืบหน้าเพิ่มเติม 15/6/65 หลังจากที่ได้มีการโพสต์ ทางเจ้าของร้านได้มีการส่งข้อความมาเพื่อขอให้ทางเราติดต่อกลับ ซึ่งผมได้ให้ภรรยาผมได้ติดต่อกลับไปเนื่องจากเป็นคนจ่ายเงินในวันนั้น เจ้าของร้านได้อธิบายเหตุผลของพนักงานที่เป็นพนักงานใหม่ และพนักงาน Freelance ที่มาวันแรกแทนพนักงานคนเดิมที่ออกไป ซึ่งยอมรับว่าพนักงานยังไม่มีความพร้อม และมีการคิดเงินผิดพลาดหลังจากตรวจสอบจริง ขณะเดียวกันตนก็ไม่อยู่ที่ร้านในวันนั้น ทางเจ้าของยืนยันขอคืนเงิน โดยทางเราได้รับเงินคืนทั้งหมดที่มีการจ่ายไปในวันนั้นโดยมิใช่ความประสงค์ของทางเราแต่แรกของการเขียนรีวิวครั้งนี้ แต่หากเจ้าของยืนยันจะคืน เราก็ขอรับแค่ส่วนต่างตามราคาที่คิดผิดตามจริง โดยเจ้าของยืนยันแสดงความรับผิดชอบว่ายินดีที่จะคืนเงินทั้งหมดเนื่องจากทางเรา(ลูกค้า)ไม่ได้รับความสะดวกสบายในเรื่องอื่นๆอีกด้วย แสดงให้เห็น ความตั้งใจแก้ปัญหาและเจตนารมณ์ที่ดี และการพร้อมจะรับฟังถึงสิ่งที่ทางเรารัวิวไป ผมไม่ได้คาดหวังครับว่าสิ่งที่รีวิวไปจะส่งผลเหมือนในตัวอย่างนี้ คิดแต่เพียงว่าเราเสนอแนะสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์ให้ หากเค้าใส่ใจเห็นว่าสิ่งใดเป็นประโยชน์ แล้วเอาปรับแก้เพื้อพัฒนา ผมก็รู้สึกยินดีอย่างยิ่ง ชื่นชมครับสำหรับการยอมรับ ความมีเหตุผล และผมเชื่อว่าการมีเจ้าของที่ดี ย่อมที่จะส่งผลให้ร้านกลับมาใน direction ที่ดีแน่นอน พร้อมให้โอกาสต่อไป The owner shows her great responsibilities after reading my reviews by replying via e-mail. Things have been solve out due to human error, i truly understand and much appreciate on refunding all amount that we’ve paid even we’ve resisted that we don’t need and never expected whole amount in return. It’s much appreciated and showing great back room management at the end. Everybody can make mistake, however if he or she is willing to learn from that mistake, that’s something i must forgive and give them another chance. I really look forwards and wishing all the best on correcting, and making thing in a better way in a long run. คาเฟ่ชิคๆ ย่านกรุงเทพกรีฑา พิกัดกรุงเทพกรีฑา32 ที่มีการตกแต่งทั้งภายนอกและภายในเป็น European Contemporary style ไม่เว้นแม้แต่โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ การจัดร้านที่ดูหรูหรา แต่ข้อเสียคือแอบนั่งไม่สบายหลายๆตัว ทำให้ความรู้สึกอย่างนั่งชิลนานภายในร้านหมดไป สำหรับที่นั่งด้านนอกถ้าอากาศเย็นๆในหน้าหนาวคงเป็นทำเลที่ดีมากๆเหมาะแก่การชิล อาหารมีหลากหลาย ที่ขึ้นชื่อของที่นี่คงไม่พ้นขาหมูเยอรมัน และขนมประเภทเครปและแพนเค้ก ซึ่งวันนี้เราค่อนข้างอิ่มจึงขอรีวิว Signature honey pancake กับ Rome in love Ice tea นะครับ รีวิวนี้และทุกๆรีวิวเป็นความเห็นส่วนตัวที่เน้นความจริงใจสำหรับผู้อ่านรีวิว ราคาอาหารค่อนข้างสูงถึงสูงมากนะครับ กับคุณภาพที่ได้รับถือว่ายังไม่ประทับใจ ความปราณีต ความล่าช้าของการออกอาหารที่เราสั่งที่เรียกว่าไม่มีอะไรเลย ความไม่ใส่ใจเท่าที่ควรของพนักงานที่มองจากมุมมองก็คือหมือนไม่ค่อยเพียงพอ ไม่พร้อม ความใส่ใจดีเฉพาะตอนมาต้อนรับ แต่หลังจากนั้นดูวุ่นๆเรียกค่อนข้างยาก ก็ไม่ทราบเหตุผลที่ชัดเจนครับเพราะเชื่อว่าการบริการสามารถทำได้ดีกว่านี้จากประสบการณ์ร้านอาหารโดยตรง สิ่งที่คาดหวังในการมาที่นี่ ร้านหรู บรรยากาศดี เมนูอาหารหลากหลาย ขอพัฒนาจุดการบริการและในเรื่องราคาอีกนิดหน่อย ผมเชื่อว่าต้องดีขึ้นแน่ จุดดีที่ประทับใจมากๆหากไม่ใช่ด้านอาหาร ก็มีเรื่องของบรรยากาศ การตกแต่งและมุมถ่ายภาพสวยๆหลากหลายมุม และการมีวงดนตรีฟังสบายทำให้สามารถปลดปล่อยอารมณ์ระหว่างมื้ออาหารได้ดีเลยทีเดียว ต้องยอมรับว่าครั้งนี้ยังผิดหวังนะครับ แต่ทุกข้อผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้นได้ครับ ก็แค่หวังว่าจะมีการปรับปรุงในทางที่ดีขึ้นครับ (ด้วยความปรารถนาดีจริงๆครับ) One of the most charming, luxury cafe on both exterior and interior, however i was very disappointed on services of not having enough staffs, plus not caring enough. It’s definitely overprice and delays of cooking time management Ex. my little small pancake and beverages took approximately 25 - 30 mins, and tastes was quite simple, plus it costed us 700 Baht for that, ain’t that suitable price or by people mistakes? I’m not sure on thar, but one thing for sure is that it’s not really meet our standard and what we’ve expected at the beginning. The price is quite high comparing the quality that we have received. The atmosphere here is lovely, and the decorations have a nice festive vibe. I visited on the first day of January, hoping to see some kind of celebration or something special, but it felt pretty ordinary. No live concert. No Jazz music. The food is quite expensive, and as the only customer at the time, I was hoping for a bit more interaction from the staff to make the experience memorable.

For example, when they recommended the tea that involves a shaking technique, it would’ve been fun if they invited me to see how it’s made! The cheesecake was tasty but quite small for the price, and it was served slightly off-center on the plate with no extra touches apart from the cherry sauce. It felt a bit plain for the cost.

Since the menu mentions that the ingredients are from France, maybe the staff could share more about what makes the dishes special and worth the price. I think small details like this could really enhance...

Let’s go through how i feel about this chic&chill cafe corner. Indoor seatings are too tiny to enjoy our privacy as well as outside seating area. Nice ambience and fine interior decoration. Outdoor seating at night was a minus point when we had to deal with tons of mosquitos. Crepe was my mistake to had ordered without asking its ingredients. I was expecting some whipping cream and a scoop of ice-cream but there were none. It would seriously be much better if they rethink of adding those sweet to their crepe versus its price. Marco-polo tea was ok. Overall experience we had was ok, service was great and polite . Price was a bit too high for what we got here.
