Really really disappointed. Just had the worst meal I have had in thailand Ordered a steak and got a well cooked burger with smash Starter was cold Bread very sweet (is ok if you like that) Partners meal was a frozen chicken breast old and full of water Told waiter but my thai is not the best he just laughed Manager saw I wasn't happy and walked off before I could confront him So if you like a 600baht burger with smash this is the place for you if you want a fresh proper steak go elsewhere Best part was walking back to the elevator

สะดวกสบายมากพนักงานบริการดีมาก แต่ที่จอดรถจัดการเส้นทางเดินรถมั่วมาก งง จน รปภ รู้เลยว่าเราหลงทุกคนยืนตามจุดเพื่อบอกทางออก อาหารก็ปกติ ออกจะธรรมดา ปัญหาคือการเลือกวัตถุดิบ เนื้อไก่มีกลิ่นคาว ที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากได่ไม่สุก การแฟมีแต่รสชาดไม่มีกลิ่นเลย ปลาแซลม่อนเป็นปลาฟาร์มำม่ใช่ปลาธรรมชาติ เนื้อปลาเลยไม่มีไขมันแทรกเลย และวาซาบิแรงเกินไปจนกลบทั้งรสปลากับโชยุหมดเลย เชฟโอเคแล้วแต่จัดซื้อเลือกวัตถุดิบมักง่ายไปนิดนึง ถ้ารู้จักคัดวัตถุดิบมากกว่านี้นี่เอา 5 ดาว ไปเลย...

ร้าน Bistro4 อยู่ชั้น 4 ของโรงแรมเซ็นทราฯ แจ้งวัฒนะ มีอาหารหลายประเภททั้ง ไทย ญี่ปุ่น ฝรั่ง แบบบุตเฟต์ ภายในร้านไม่กว้างเท่าไหร่ บรรยากาศ และการตกแต่งร้านนี้ดูทันสมัย ด้านการบริการของพนักงานดีมากๆ โดยรวมแล้วให้ 4 ดาว เรื่องราคาอาหารผมไม่ทราบเพราะไปกินกับหน่วยงานซึ่งมาประชุมที่นี้ แต่พอทราบว่าราคาก็ไม่ถูกนัก...
