Al Dente — Restaurant in Trat Province

AMAZING ! Definitely one of a kind restaurant in Thailand. The chef was very friendly and came out to speak with us and take our order. The kitchen has a glass window so you can watch the chef creating his masterpieces of food for you! You would think you were in some high end restaurant in Europe.. Prices are not extreme as well, average price of pasta is 150 baht and so worth it! We ordered 3 pasta dishes and garlic bread. There were some other dishes that came out for others that look even more delicious and I was getting some serious food fomo! Highly recommend this restaurant if you love Italian or are just wanting a change...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that exceeded all of my expectations! The staff were exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. But the true star of the show was the delicious food. Every dish was prepared to perfection, with flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. An excellent meal in the middle of Trat. We had wanted a break from Thai food but hesitated to eat at a European restaurant based on food we'd eaten elsewhere. The meal here was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the scallops, pasta bolognese with rosemary, and the steak. We wish we had the appetite to try more dishes! The staff and chef were super welcoming. We hope we have a chance to come back on our return...
