They charged me for a cooked banana coconut with mosquitos inside the dish after I warned them & not even eat for 1 single spoon. Quality of the products in general do not look too bad to be honest compared to other restaurants on this island, hence comes the higher rating I assume or from the accommodation rating, however not sure if they have a proper clean kitchen. Sadly the area is full of big mosquitoes since it’s in the middle of a jungle so if you really want to go there then be sure to grab a high percentage deet spray with you. This is essential because they don’t have any protection against this problem. So long story short, it looks like another western owned Thai place where the owners are just lucky enough to be born in Europe without any actual skills/experience whilst the poor Thai women are doing all jobs and efforts. I don’t recommend to support such businesses anyway.

DON'T TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE ARE MADE FROM THE WAITERS OF THIS PLACE

First of all I want to point out that I give 2 star but the food we ate is worth at least 4 star the 3 star is for another reason. The non-Thai staff is impolite, uneducated and keep forgetting our food, between one dish and the other we had to wait 1h and we managed to get it only because the Thai staff helped us going to talk with the fish cooker. Also the staff is really impolite answering only with guttural sounds and treating you as if you are disturbing this (even if as we did we ordered 5 dishes + sides in 2 persons so not exactly the Cheap Charlie customers). Also DON'T ORDER SHRIMPS, you ll pay them 200 thb and they are less then average quality , actually a proper scam. GREAT FRIED FISH especially Barracuda.

A big thanks to the Thai staff that has helped us through this experiment but seriously you better off firing all the foreigners since they ruin the feeling of going in a restaurant in Thailand, unprofessional...

Went there with high expectations seen the reviews but we had a bad experience. Let’s start with a positive note, the place is really nice and cozy. Off to our bad experience, it starts with our fruit shakes, they were not very fresh. Pineapple shake were you could really taste the juice from a package more than the actual fresh pineapple if there even was a fresh one in it. The banana shake was like drinking a glass of milk with a little bit of banana flavor. And we had many many fruit shakes in the last 2 months in Thailand i think this was the worst. And you pay the 70 baht for a fresh shake. Anyway we ordered a beef and chicken burger,l with French fries. The taste of the French fries was really nice but they were not warm…. The chicken burger it self was allright, the beef burger was really tough. Also the bread on the burgers was so dry and tough that we could even get our fork in it.
