Mateoasis homestay and restaurant — Restaurant in Trat Province

The owner is the most amazing and wonderful person we have met on this trip (been traveling for a month in Thailand). We didn’t stay here, but would definitely do so next time we return. There are rooms with AC and fans, you can also choose for tents (with fans) instead.

I don’t understand the negative reviews, you pay a very cheap price. Don’t expect a fancy hotel? If you have the budget and expect more, go to a nearby hotel such as Paradise beach and only go here to eat (truly recommend). You’re paying very little to sleep here, but in return get a place to sleep and meet other travelers. You sleep in nature and get homemade food from the most amazing cook and kindest person.

Now, my experience was mainly with food. It was A-MA-ZING! I take pride in eating everything and everywhere on this trip, but never have I had such tasty and flavourful food as here. The owner is truly a good cook and should just open a 5star restaurant in Bangkok 🙌🏼😭😍 It is insane! I would definitely recommend everyone to come over here. We returned every evening because we couldn’t help ourselves and ate too much every time. Even the ice cream is homemade! She’s also the sweetest person ever. Even brought us home (free) to the hotel at night, because she had some time and didn’t want us to have to walk. I’m so glad we stumbled...

SCAM ALERT!

The lady from the „House” there were only tent take us to Middle of foreest 15 from this place to a hungar and show that this is our stay this place was disgusting and danger. When we tell her that we will not stay there she dont want to help us, give the money What we pay and take us to somę different place becouse it Was middle of the forrest….

We are lucky that we had one scuter and can escape from there place! One guy also was with us he take this booking for 2 nights. Now we are in different place, she didnt give our money back. This girl is a THIEF and Scamer for tourist dont go there.

Dont take this sleep its scam they dont have rooms only tents and this disgusting place What they sell as rooms.

Police should take investivation in this case about ruby the tourist and scam them. Finally she said that „She dont have a husband and have to work likę this and ruby tourist to have...

Absolutely the best restaurant in Koh Kood for Western food! We tried pizza, pasta (many times), kebab, smoothie, ice cream and everything is homemade and amazing, so tasty, fresh ingredients, the owner (Ms Milk) is so professional and perfect cook I've never seen in Thailand and so friendly, can ask her everything about travelling around the island or simply to chat friendly with her. She can cook everything. Prices are so cheap, pizza start at 150thb, spaghetti 100thb, kebab 100thb... smoothies 50thb.... The menu is various, have also Thai food but we didn't tried yet. She can make delivery around directly to the door of your hotel is very practice is you want to chill in room. She also have a homestay close to the restaurant and can find boat tickets for you. we came eat there many times and we will come again and again.😊 I recommend that place.
