Lek Nom Sod — Restaurant in Ubon Ratchathani Province

The decor is fun with many seating options, a cafe, a trolley car, outdoor, or a modern restaurant style. The service was impeccable although you pay two bills, one from the cafe (drinks and cakes) and the other, for your meal. The milkshake was quite tasty. The looked a little different than in Chiang Mai but it was just as delicious.

This is the Thai style of ordering: you are given a menu, a small pad of paper and a pen. You write your order and hand it to the waiter. I am not sure the level of English spoken as I placed my order in Thai. Well...

I visited here based on other reviews on Google and this restaurant did not disappoint. Great food and drink selection and at very affordable prices. Oh and very tasty too. The green pandan dessert was anazing. If in Ubon make sure you visit because I can guarantee it will be worth your while. Also walk next door to the restaurants eclectic outdoor area simply for the photo opportunities, there are fake cows and horses, a real train carriage, phone box, a large garden area and...

For me this place is pricey and not that good. The only thing that make people adhere to this place is that this place was open for long time so people don't mind if this place is good enough.
