Disappointing Experience at Seven Waves

We recently visited Seven Waves with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. We were interested in trying a variety of items, starting with a pizza and then ordering more as we went—like any normal couple would. However, the staff insisted we move to the café area just because we wanted pizza, even though we were planning to order starters or main course dishes as well.

Worse, they demanded that we place the entire order at once, which is quite unreasonable. As a couple, it's hard to judge how much we'll eat at the beginning—it just leads to food wastage. When we tried to explain this, the person taking the order was extremely rude. His tone, gestures, and overall behavior were disrespectful and unprofessional.

Dining out should be a comfortable and welcoming experience, but this felt more like being pushed around with no regard for customer comfort. I would strongly urge management to train their staff in basic courtesy and flexibility. We left disappointed and won’t...

Quite place on S.G. Highway with nice interior giving warm feeling. Far from city traffic and havoc its a great place to dine with family and friends. They did a great job in maintaining social distancing, not just the table were fairly apart the staff as well kept safe distance with us. Talking about food it was amazing everything I ordered was on spot. Menu is short and simple no fancy gimmicks, price is what surprised me I kind of expected it to be higher, great job on pricing. Didn't had to wait too long for the food to be served after ordering, may be coz there were not many customers but again I wouldn't go to a crowded place in these times. So was a great experience...

Although the ambience is good and location is also fine, however the food is ridiculously low standards.. we had ordered around 3 starters 2 main course and none of them were good in taste. A simple dish like baked macroni wasn't made rightly.

Besides the food being an issue the behaviour of the staff wasn't welcoming at all.. 1 of them didn't even know how to serve and the other was seeming to serve half hartedly.

Also feel that the price is OTT as compared to the quality of food.
