Disappointing Quality and Customer Service This was my first and last visit to this establishment. I purchased a mixed box of barbecue chicken and lamb with potato salad and macaroni pie for $80.00. While adding condiments, the flimsy styrofoam container cracked, and all the chicken fell to the ground.

When I brought the issue to the attention of the counter staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Instead of addressing the clear issue with the substandard container, I was told that I had handled the box badly. A container should be sturdy enough to hold its contents, especially at this price point. Regardless of how good the food might be, if it can't be enjoyed, it's a complete waste of money.

Place is nice but the meat is mediocre at best, dry and a bit small for what i usually get at other establishments. Ordered the 2 sides of fries and chicken while my wife ordered fries, potato salad and chicken. Upon checking, i saw my wife and i had the same amount of fries although she ordered another side for the same price. So just get two different sides otherwise you will be robbing yourself with their "2 sides fries" trick. Plus their barbque sauce is really really thick and they act horribly if you try to take the sauce separately in another container.
