There are few times in my dining experience where I can say it was simply perfect! This was my feeling after dinner at Waterfront. I consider myself a critic to food and services provided by restaurants and hotels and sadly I was not able to attach one negative feedback on this experience. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager and she swiftly moved us to sit in the area of our choice being outside overlooking the ocean or inside of which I decided on the latter mostly due to my attire which would make me choose the cool air condition. Appetizers were chosen I ordered Coconut Curry Soup this type of soup with cream/milk could easily be rich and somewhat overwhleming though I took the chance. I found a balance of a nice spicy flavour along a smooth creamy base the dumpling was flawless with the shrimp taste being the highlight and the crispy rice noodles addded a crunchy element to the dish. I had a taste of my friend Garlic and Lime Mussels Gratin and it was equally satisfying that tomato garlic sauce was out of this world good! Main course I had New Zealand Lamb Chop cooked medium. Three double ribbed chops were presented to me and by the looks alone I could tell it was done right. I quickly cut into the lamb and took the first bite. If I was animated, the exploding head emoji would have been my face. Succulent and a crust with just enough salt to compliment the meat the taste was phenomenally gratifying. When I thought it would not get better I took the meat and dunked it in the chimichurri sauce and it just added to the dimension of this beautifully prepared lamb. I just had to gnaw on the bones a bit terrible etiquette for a restaurant environment but I had to fulfil my inner wishes. The mashed potato was good with very little being consumed as I needed room for the dessert. Espresso Tiramisu hands down the best dessert with a beautiful play on the palate the dark semi bitter chocolate espresso sauce against the sweet vanilla ice cream and tiramisu cake wrapped up what I can only call Dinner Perfection! Well done! Highly...

If you're looking for a restaurant that offers not only great food and service but also a breathtaking ambiance, look no further than the Hyatt waterfront. This establishment has it all, from an extensive menu of delicious meals to exceptional service and stunning sunset views.

One of the standout features of the Hyatt waterfront is its extensive menu, which offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste and preference. Whether you're in the mood for sushi, poke bowls, or pizza, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. And if you're looking for something sweet to finish off your meal, the carrot cake and yummy bites from the buffet are not to be missed.

But what truly sets the Hyatt waterfront apart is its stunning ambiance, particularly at sunset. The views from the restaurant are simply breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic evening or a special occasion. And with exceptional service to match, you'll feel like you're dining in a truly special place.

Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt waterfront for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. This place has gone straight into the toilet. It used to be a proper place for good food and drinks now it’s better to buy food from the gyro or doubles vendors on the avenue. We went on Boxing Day and again on New Year’s Day (only because every other place was closed) and both experiences were sad and lacking. They have menu items listed and the food comes out different with other ingredients. Their sushi is not fresh, literally a tempura veggie roll came out cold from the fridge and the server told us it’s pre fried whenever eons ago as if we should know that. Hummus cold and tasting like fridge. Veggie quesadilla with frozen veggies from a bag. I ordered pasta with tortiglioni and added salmon. It came out with penne pasta and like what appeared to be 2oz of salmon. Pizza look like it come from the freezer. Complaints are met with free dessert and nothing more. Honestly please save your hard earned money and give it to local restaurants that still have some level of quality control like Aioli or Meena House, even Arazi. Please...

It was my family's first time at the Waterfront restaurant. We did the buffet breakfast for my birthday. Firstly, no one greeted us. We waited at the welcome desk for approximately 20 minutes at the entrance before being acknowledged by someone. Everyone just kept walking by us and never told us we were standing at the wrong place. I had to go to the front desk to ask for assistance, only to be re-directed to another desk. The customer service was a little better after we were seated. Our waitress came several times to check on us which was nice. There was a variety of items at the buffet, but the taste was bland for many things we tried and very basic. We were seated indoors. There was a nice view through the glass. I have visited many hotels and tasted from many buffets and I think was just super basic. Everyone's opinion will vary. This was based on our visit on a Saturday morning.
