Food here was great! Came here every morning to get breakfast. We tried the bake and saltfish, bake and eggs, bake and smoked herring, corn soup, and their fresh juices. It’s also a quick walk from the Hyatt.

Just Had Lunch from Tants Gourmet. Excellent Price for portion and flavors to make you want to ask for secret ingredients. Stop in and have a great experience. Lunch is nice on the waterfront!

Located in the heart of downtown Port of Spain next to Parliament and The Hyatt Regency, the Breakfast Shed is a fantastic place to eat in the mornings. The setting is like an outdoor food court. The various food booths have local Trinidadians preparing a wide variety of native dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The people are friendly. The food is delicious and all natural. The prices are reasonable to inexpensive. The portions are satisfying. You can eat your meal there at one of the many benches or take it to go. I definitely recommend the Breakfast Shed if you are looking for an authentic Trini...

Great spot which is covered outdoors out of the direct Sun. It has about 7 stalls selling different cuisine. However, my favourite is the juice bar. Does cold pressed fruit and vegetables juices. The team have a lot of knowledge between them and are always smiling. If you go there you have to try either the watermelon shake or the papaya shake. Both were fantastic and only cost around £2 each which is a superb price considering the amount of juice you get and the fact it is all fresh with no added sugar. I for one will definitely...

Perfect outdoor eating space. There are plenty of very large benches you can sit and enjoy your food, as well as concrete seated tables with umbrellas. The ladies serving your food feel like home. It was lovely. You get a beautiful view of the sea as you're right next to it. It's also a great place to pass the time whilst you wait for your ferry. It's a 5 minute walk to the ferry port from this location. There's also a bar you can purchase cold beverages from, and you're kept entertained with music played by a...
