An Unforgettable Dining Experience in the South

We had some business to take care of in the South, and since we live in the North, we thought — why not make the most of it and treat ourselves to a nice restaurant while we were there? After finding this place online, we decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be the most fantastic dining experience we’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply exceptional. The quality of service, the presentation of the drinks, and the attentiveness of the staff were truly incomparable. It set such a high standard that every other dining experience we’ve had since has been measured against this one.

What made it even more special was the presence of the owner, who personally welcomed us, guided us through the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations. His genuine hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire evening.

The food was absolutely splendid — every dish was bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. But what truly blew us away were the drinks. The bartenders here are incredibly skilled, crafting some of the most exquisite cocktails we’ve ever had. Each drink was not only delicious but presented with such creativity and flair — it was a feast for both the palate and the eyes.

My 1st visit to Bottles & Bites, and i can't sing enough praises based on the food, service, and experience in its entirety. Firstly, my friend and i did not have a reservation, but in spite of it being a weekend and late in the evening, whereby they had numerous persons reserving spots beforehand, they were generous enough to accommodate us on really short notice. Highly appreciated! 2ndly, the owner of the restaurant came and gave us insights into the business, the food, drinks, most recommended options, and kept us engaged throughout the entire evening to ensure we were enjoying our experience. The staff were also very attentive to any requests, and it was evident they took pride in the service they provided. 3rdy, the food was absolutely delicious!!!!! Absolutely delicious!!!! The sizzling squid was the best i have ever had and the stand-out dish of the evening. This is a rare experience in Trinidad and Tobago; a restaurant that has exceptional customer service. From the moment we were greeted by the entrance to when we left, I could not be more satisfied with the way we were looked after. The staff were warm and friendly, but they also went above and beyond to look after me and my family. Our server, Alexia, felt like she was always around and ready to serve us. She as well as the owner provided us with some excellent recommendations and the food was delicious. I'll highly recommend the sizzling spicy squid. Additionally, there was a wide selection of cocktails and drinks to choose from. I was advised that even if something was not on the the menu, they were willing to provide it once they had the ingredients. I was most pleased that they provided my daughter with some fun, non-alcoholic drink options.
