Golden Palace — Restaurant in San Fernando

This is the first and my last time EVER. Customer service was horrible, starting with the Spanish who took my order wrong, I ask to speak to someone who can speak English because I was placing an order for a very large group. I went through their delivery system, when I got my meal deliver it was for a single person, like seriously, I keep telling them on the phone my meal is for a large group, everything large and to see little boxes was horrible, the Spanish woman never told me the price of anything, she just hang up on me, the delivery driver tried to help and call back golden palace to fix the order, the Spanish answer again just to frustrated us, because she don't want to do over the order, I ring my ears NEVER AGAIN and my guests also agreed because the food was way to salty and oily, the chicken was horrible with black I don't know what in it. Had not had their food in many years till earlier this week. Others could say what they wish fine dining or take out their food remains deliciously up to stardard and still plentiful. The restaurant though quiet now because of the Pandemic has been very well maintained and touched up with all things getting put in place in time for the reopening of restaurants. Customer service is as professional and pleasant as I remembered it to be just a few short years ago. Prices still seem quite decent as well. Was there for the very first time and did take out. Brought three items, a charsu pork combination, a wanton soup and a quarter Chinese style chicken in oyster sauce. The wanton soup was good, however the charsu pork and chicken recipe really needs to be revisited by the cook/chef. The chow mein was ok, but giving a "mudder-in-law" type pepper sauce to eat with Chinese food is very awkward.
