Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Trinidad

So I went here 12/08/25 in search of the mango raspberry because no other branch had it. I expect when I'm paying $140 for 2 pints of icecream, that the container is filled. What they did was so dishonest...one of the containers were filled before my arrival. The other was filled while I went to the bathroom. Paid for my items and left. On my arrival to my destination which was 12 minutes away, I noticed one of the pints was like the picture below. The other that I gave away without opening was reported to be packed the same way, even having less than the ine in the photograph below. What the servers at this branch did was skimp and rob me of my serving of icecream to ensure that they barely had enough for a scoop for another customer. This is outrageous and greedy. The photo looks like after someone ate from it....the icecream isn't smoothened on top as a pint usually is. I took this picture right after I removed the paper. If it didn't have so much traffic, I would have returned it. I will never return to this branch. Highly disappointed...

The ice cream was ok. Häagen-Dazs is not one of my favorite ice cream, I honestly find it over rated and way too expensive. Anyway it was a Sunday evening and we wanted to take the children out for a lil drive. Walking into the one in trincity industrial estate was very much annoying. I don't know if they were short staffed or because the night was busy, there was a lot of people there. There were dirty dishes on more than one table close to the door and 1 close to the cashier. We were there for about half hour and the dirty dishes and napkins were still on the table. Customers within themselves are also very nasty because there was a table with 2 empty disposable ice cream cups that could have been disposed of by simply the customer themselves throwing it in the garbage. Anyway that's nasty trinis for you. The 2 stars was for the friendly staff. I think they did their best considering the circumstances. Häagen-Dazs corporate you all need...

Exceptional service and fantastic taste.

My young child wanted to eat ice cream and I also was craving for something nice before we left Trinidad.

We arrived very late and the store was locked but they were very kind and opened for us to order and obtain take away.

We ordered scoops in cups and added items to suit. The milk chocolate sauce was very good and hardened creating a hard shell which we loved.

The flavors of the ice cream were nice and per usual haagen daz.

The person serving us was very helpful and patient.

On the service I give it 5 stars. They went above and Beyond to make the experience great.

The flavors and taste are typical haagen daz. And as expected

While we didn't dine in the inside ambiance was very nice and was very clean.

The location was easy to find using google.maps and parking was easy to find. The place is in a multi business complex (mini mall/plaza) and also...
