The wait could of been avoided if the workers would stop playing in the back. Supervisor on phone constantly and workers fussing on who should Fry fish for sandwich. Good fast food experience for fried chicken. The options offered at the counter are reasonable, and the chicken is good.

The pepper is 10/10, and I was surprised to see them charging for an extra pepper when I asked.

Eating in, the ambiance could use some work as there were parts inside that could use some more lighting.

Love my Royal Castle from ...well forever! Curepe outlet needs some work though. A condiment as basic as mustard was " unavailable" - just not a proper explanation for a customer. Also, the restaurant has a dingy feel...partially due to poor lighting and because tables were not cleaned fast enough! Do better guys...wasnt...
