Trincity location I want to start by saying that I have eaten here multiple times before, and generally, the food is average. The wait time is usually around 10 to 15 minutes. However, today it took 29 minutes for my order. This could be due to it being a Saturday, a busy mall, and the weekend before school starts, so the place might be more active than usual.
What really bothered me, though, was the handling of food in the back. While waiting for almost half an hour, I couldn't help but observe several issues. The staff member working hard in the back was handling food without gloves, constantly moving between preparing veg wraps and loaded fries, pulling meat from the refrigerator to grill, and then using the same unwashed hand to place grated cheese from a bag, on to loaded fries, making wraps, and handle the meat again—without washing or wearing gloves during the entire 29 minutes.
This is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. Additionally, the topping up of food trays in front of the counter was done twice by the staff member handling the drinks, who also pop a piece of chicken in her mouth front a try she was restocking all this time without washing her hands. Since the food is self-serve for items not part of a combo, and customers are asked to wear gloves when handling food, staff should follow the same hygiene practices at a minimum.

Read moreYears ago when I worked at Grand Bazaar Tandoori Hut was my lunch everyday. Every time I visit Trincity mall as well! My choice of meal has never changed and today was no different. Purchased at the Grand Bazaar location today and was told the price of $48 and comes with a drink. I believe it used to be $40 or so back then, no drink. The attendant was sitting on his phone, I basically had to bend down to get his attention. I asked for fries and half n half honey mustard I believe and lollipop wings. The fries was extremely cold and dry. The wings tasted only of mustard, the other one was hard. Both of which were also cold. Could not finish eating my meal because the meat tasted so fresh, I doubt it's local chicken. Will not be...
