Despite the food being of okay quality, the service was extremely slow, it took 20-30 minutes just to receive the menu to order our food. And that was the beginning of it. The server was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Half way through making our order he left to help another customer to move their chair and didn’t apologise for leaving as we were talking to him. Neither did he apologise or ask us to repeat the order for clarification. Then it took even longer to order some coffee and get a bottle of water. As a paying customer I should be getting the same level of customer service as the others. It took so long to receive our bill that we had to resort to walking to the staff and asking them for the bill. To which they said to wait at the table, but we had explained it was taking too long.
