From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine kindness and warmth. The owner personally welcomed us, and his friendly, attentive attitude made us feel like special guests rather than just customers. That personal touch set the perfect tone for our meal. I'm so disappointed; the service is so slow after more than 30min waiting for a simple mochtail tasted like industrial juice or supermarket juice for 20TND which is so expensive regarding to the service. I ordered "l'exotique" after more than 30 minutes waiting for him to come no wifi the menu isn't complete also when you use QR code (using my mobile data) it doesn't take you directly to the menu many ads pop up. Again, we waited for the server more than 30min till we ordered. In the end he gave me a juice with a dried orange on the top. I was expecting to find passion fruits instead. I asked him about it he told me there is no passion fruit for now it's finished. But why you didn't tell me from the beginning that there is no passion fruit??!!!! Inform me first then give me the choice to select what I want not what you want. Who told you that I like orange??!

We visited based on recommendation, ordered one continental and one healthy breakfast plus a smoothie and two omelets: 1-I asked for a 5 mns boiled egg and got a 9-10 mns boiled one which was cold when served. 2- on the continental menu, it says butter: I was served margarine, when I complained the manager apologized and brought …margarine again! 3- for the price we paid, was expecting at least a selection of packed jam portions, instead I got one choice only in a small plate. 4- when we asked for the bill, the waiter asked if we liked the food, we replied no and explained why, and that was it.
