Turkish restaurant but proposing middle eastern plates 3 ✨ for the kitchen because the baba ghanoush was not one and the entries were all tasteless. So I do not recommend entries in this restaurant. However, the meat was beautifully tasty, the rice is well cooked, and the cooker came out to ask me if he could improve himself which is a +++ on my list. You always should listen to your customers so that's a very good thing.

WAITING STAFF should be more available and not argue with customer. So let's say they need a bit of training towards customer service.

A complete disaster.. Unorganized and slow service. The waiters were confused and not sure of the products delivered, the couch and tables were placed badly that it doesn't feel comfortable to eat. Waiting line either for toilet or to pay is ridiculous and some people got the wrong bill. I'm not going to speak about the food because it's a shame to be called a Turkish food. Hope they improve because I dont see myself going...

J'avais l'habitude de fréquenter ce restaurant régulièrement, étant un client fidèle, mais ma dernière expérience a été décevante.

Le plat : J'ai commandé un kebab avec une sauce yaourt. Le plat en lui-même était bon, mais la quantité de sauce était vraiment insuffisante par rapport à d'habitude. Habituellement, ils sont généreux avec la sauce, alors nous avons gentiment demandé un peu plus, pensant que ce n'était pas un gros supplément.

La surprise : À notre grande surprise, à la fin du repas, on nous a facturé la sauce supplémentaire comme un supplément. C'était frustrant, car dans ce genre de situation, une petite attention pour satisfaire un client fidèle aurait fait toute la différence.

Service : Les serveurs, il faut le reconnaître, sont toujours professionnels et font de leur mieux. Cependant, le comportement de la gérante a été totalement inapproprié. Son manque de considération pour les clients était flagrant, et cela a gâché toute l'expérience.

En résumé, bien que la nourriture reste bonne et le service des serveurs soit appréciable, la gestion et l'accueil de la part de la gérante ont clairement besoin d'amélioration. Cette expérience a complètement terni mon avis sur ce restaurant, et je n'y...
