Had a very bad experience there, On my first visit, I ordered an assortment of sushi, believing I would be able to customize the pieces included—which is often the standard for sushi assortments. I was disappointed when I received a fixed selection, essentially an obligated pre-set order, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to give the restaurant another chance. On my second visit, a friend was able to choose her pieces when ordering an assortment, which reinforced my initial understanding that customization was possible. However, when I reached out to the restaurant on Instagram to make a complaint about my first experience, I received a confusing and contradictory response. After an initial apology, I was told that only 'les clients fidèles ‘ can choose their sushi's when taking an assortment." This policy is incredibly frustrating and confusing. It was never clearly communicated when ordering, and it seems unfair that new customers are forced into a fixed selection while regulars get a better, customized product. A sushi assortment should be clearly labeled as "Chef's Selection" or "Fixed Assortment" if customization is not available to everyone. The food itself was acceptable , but this poor customer service and opaque ordering policy completely ruined the experience. I cannot recommend le bambou to new customers looking for a flexible and clear...

Our experience tonight at Le Bamboo was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. We arrived at 8:45 PM, expecting a pleasant meal, but instead, we were left waiting for over an hour and a half, until 10:21 PM, for our food to even arrive. Throughout this excruciating wait, we approached the staff multiple times to express our concerns and ask about our order. Despite our repeated complaints, it felt as though no one bothered to fast-track or prioritise our orders. There was absolutely no attempt to compensate for the significant delay , no discount, no voucher, and most notably, not even a sincere apology was offered. This utter lack of customer service and blatant disregard for our time has left us utterly dismayed. We will unequivocally never return to Le Bamboo, and we certainly won't be recommending it to any of our...

food perfect, service nice, atmosphere not really good but kinda comfortable ... I went there yesterday to try 3 types of food i was reaally excited to eat, ended up not finishing the first XD ... i wish there could be small size dishes for people who can t eat a lot .. i just ate the leftovers, and it stills so tasty. for those who expect the japanese food no it is not japanese .. it is asian as they mentioning. the chopsticks are in stainless steel .. sooo light, little bit hard to use for...
