to start with , 2 days ago we ordered Box 180 and it was supposed to have chicken wings and two mini burgers but instead we got fried chicken ( not wings ) and ONE burger split in half . furthermore , we’ve recently ordered light American espresso , my friend insisted on it being light , but instead the waiter brought her the opposite . not to mention that we also ordered two capucin nespressos and they were both very light and lacked flavor . and last but not least , my “iced“ coffee was anything but one , it had no ice cubes and it wasn’t flavourful at all . Malheureusement la pire expérience que j'ai vecu et de loin. Nous sommes arrivés avec ma femme et mes enfants ainsi que mon frère et ses enfants à 10h, nous commandons 2 bruch le plateau à 100d chacun. 11h20 nous recevons les boissons chaude (4) puis plus rien. 12h30 toujours rien malgré nos relance et réclamation, nous décidons donc de partire car les enfants avait faim et pleurait. Nous demandons l'addition a plusieurs reprise mais ils insister pour que nous restions attendre encore. Nous refusons et demandons encore l'addition qui sera très salé 79d pour 4 +4 boisson chaude ( 1 express, 2 capuccino, 1 chocolat et mon frère 4 chocolat). Aucune excuse aucun geste commercial, et nous etions pas les seuls d'autre clients etait venu avant nous et n'était toujours pas servi, d'autre on attendu 2h pour recevoir le menu. Incroyable du jamais vu. Dommage que l'établissement ne sois pas à la hauteur de ses publications...
