(Bruschetta Slim Center) I tried the Hasta la Vista pasta with pesto and burrata, which was flavorful and savory. The portion, however, was very large. While it’s nice to see generous servings, the sauce was strong, and we couldn’t finish the dish. It even left us with stomach aches afterwards. I would suggest slightly reducing the portion size for a better balance and adjusting the price accordingly, this would make it perfect.

I also noticed that my dish wasn’t presented the same way as advertised online. For example, the pistachios mentioned on the menu weren’t added until I specifically asked. A bit more consistency in presentation would elevate the experience. Including photos in the menu could also help set expectations, and adding detailed descriptions would avoid the kind of confusion my friend had with her order.

My friend ordered a meat dish, but the explanation wasn’t very clear when she asked about it, so it ended up not being what she expected. It turned out to be just a small portion of meat with a very heavy amount of cream and cheese, which was really strong and wasn’t what she was hoping for. To their credit, the staff were professional and offered her the option to choose another meal. She went with a seafood salad, which was fresh, light, and really good.

On another note, when we first sat down, a woman, possibly a manager, asked us to open Google Reviews and leave a 5-star rating immediately. We were a bit confused, since we usually expect to give feedback at the end of the experience. She also took a picture of our screens, which made us uncomfortable because our email addresses were visible, though she reassured us it wouldn’t be posted. Later, while we were still seated, she asked a waiter to clean our table before we had requested the bill, which felt a bit rushed.

Finally, when the bill arrived, we noticed we had been charged for three bottles of water, even though we had only received one.

Il locale è molto bello, si mangia bene e il servizio è cortese. Il menù è vario, anche se presenta qualche gaffe per un ristorante che si fa chiamare italiano, come la pasta con il filetto di manzo 🫣 o le numerose pizze con il pollo 🤔. L'arredamento, l'illuminazione e la musica sono perfetti, ma l'unica nota negativa riguarda l'aspirazione degli odori della cucina: si esce dal locale con la necessità di cambiarsi subito i vestiti. Mi sarebbe piaciuto incontrare il creatore de "La Bruschetta", un giovane brillante che seguo sui social e di cui ammiro molto il carattere, ma sarà per un'altra volta. Complimenti a tutto il team, continuate così e investite in un sistema di aspirazione migliore ❤️.
