Paps Italian — Restaurant in Üsküdar

We recently dined at Paps Italian in Emaar Mall and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance was nice, and the seating area was lovely, making it a delightful place to enjoy a meal.

Our order included a caprese salad, penne alla norma, steak, margherita pizza, and a passion chili mocktail. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Caprese Salad: The buffalo mozzarella was fresh, though the tomatoes could have been riper for a complete experience.

Margherita Pizza: The dough and sauce were good, but the cheese had a slight off taste.

Steak: Cooked to perfection with good quality meat, but the side potatoes were slightly undercooked.

Penne alla Norma: Delicious, with perfectly al dente pasta and a flavorful sauce. We would definitely order this again.

Passion Chili Mocktail: It was okay, but we didn't enjoy it much.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, but that's common in Istanbul nowadays.

We had an amazing dining experience at Pap’s Italian. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, with attentive and friendly service from the moment we walked in. We ordered a beef arugula salad, a cured meat platter, two servings of gnocchi (pictured), and a bottle of Sicilian red wine (Nero d’Avola) – everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The gnocchi was creamy and rich, the meats were high-quality, and the wine paired perfectly with our meal.
