Diyarbakır Ocakbaşı Palace — Restaurant in Atakum

Yıllardır ailece severek gittiğimiz ve memnun ayrıldığımız bir yer iken, özüne dönmediği sürece 21.07.2020 son ziyaretim olacak mekandır. Müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutan, ikramları bol o samimi yer gitmiş, yerine ilgi alakanın olmadığı ikramların utanma belası verildiği (yok denecek kadar), müşteri memnuniyetinden uzak, masanın hesabını nasıl yükseltiriz diye küçük hesaplar peşinde koşan (istenen bir tabak patatesin kasada double olduğunun iddia edilmesi ve 40TL eklenmesi, garsonun masaya itina ile büyük su yerine 5 ayrı küçük su getirtmesi) bir işletme olduğunu itiraz etmeden üzülerek tecrübe etmiş bulunduk. Aynı gün ilk kez gittiğimiz 'Aspava' adlı restoranda görmüş olduğumuz ilgi, izzet-i ikramdan sonra (başlangıçta salata, patates, kaşarlı mantar, meze ve sonunda sırasıyla çay tatlı ve türk kahvesi) olmadı bu, yakışmadı sana Ocakbaşı!

Seit Jahren sind wir begeistert von der Marke "Diyarbakır Ocakbaşı". Allerdings ist das Restaurant seit der Corona-Krise nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Während die Dienstleistungen früher spitze waren, wurden uns bei unserem letzten Besuch am 21.07.2020 sogar Dinge verrechnet, die wir nicht einmal konsumiert haben (beispielsweise eine doppelte Portion Pommes anstelle einer normalen Portion). An der Kasse wurde dann behauptet, dass das Gegessene eine doppelte Portion sei. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es dem Restaurant nur darum ging, die Rechnung irgendwie in die Höhe zu treiben. Leider ist der Kunde hier aktuell nicht König. Wir hoffen, dass das Restaurant so bald wie möglich erkennt, dass sie mit ihrem früheren Verständnis von Dienstleistungserbringung viel besser bei den Kunden...

This is our 3rd time here and the last 2 times we had terrible experiences. Our first terrible experience was when the waiter took our 3 year old son to the bathroom to use the bathroom while we were eating without our permission or responsibility. Our last terrible experience was when we ordered 4 lahmacun and then changed it to 3 and then the waiter served us 5 lahmacun and when we told him we ordered 3 lahmacun, he had an unbelievable experience and took back 2 lahmacun. We do not...

Don't go there . Once you enter they keep suggesting for you what to order in an annoying way. We ordered different dishes they came to the table in different timing so one should eat and others look at him or should wait untill others are served and the food then becomes cold. Lahmabagen (lahmacun) was burnet and terrible. The first time in my life that I see that salad came after the main dish. The food was not tasty. Very bad experience. I would not suggest any...
