So I have been to your steakhouse twice in one week and the experiences were complete opposite. The first visit, service was great and everyone was very attentive to us and food was so good. We decided to return tonight for our last meal in Turkey, as we fly back home to America tomorrow. I will have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Once we sat, it took a long time for someone to come to our table. Even we heard one of the staff say that no one has tended to us yet. My husband and my sister in law both went up to the counter and picked their meats, while I ordered directly off the menu. When our food came, it was a disaster! Half of my husbands food was on my sisters plate, and she requested that her meat be well done and it wasn’t. Also my order never came, although my one piece of meat was also on my sisters plate. We told the server for our table And he took my meat off the plate and never returned. My sister got up and went to get a manager. When the manager of the restaurant came to the table, she was very rude and kept speaking to us about money and how much we were spending, which is not the problem. We told her that my food never came and when it eventually did come, it was wrong and she told us that they can change the side dishes as they please and there is nothing she can do about it. She told us that this is how they do things in Turkey. I have been here for two weeks and I have never been treated like that in any place that I went! Aldığım hizmeti ve mekanı kategorik olarak değerlendirmek istedim.

Dış Görünüm Bu kadar kaliteli bir işletmeye mevcut dış görünümün pek yakışmadığını düşünüyorum. Yönetimin bu konuda bir iyileştirme yapacağını tahmin ve umut ediyorum. Son olarak, işletme üç kattan oluşuyor. Teras katında ufak bir tadilat vardı, bu nedenle giriş yapamadım.

İç Ambiyans Büyüklüğüne rağmen mekanın iç düzeni son derece başarılı bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Tavan yüksekliği ve dizaynı harika; renk seçimi, oturma düzeni ve teknolojik altyapısı titizlikle düşünülmüş. Kapalı bir alanda, adeta doğanın ferahlığında yemek yiyormuş hissine kapılıyorsunuz.

Aydınlatma çok iyi dengelenmiş ne gözü yoracak kadar parlak ne de ortamı loş hale getirecek kadar karanlık. Orta kısımda bulunan havuz ve balıklar mekana şık bir hava katmış; su sesi ise huzur verici. Ayrıca iç mekan sıcaklığı da çok iyi ayarlanmış ve ferah bir atmosfer sağlanmış.

Temizlik Mekanın birçok noktasını detaylıca inceledim: zemin, mutfak, masalar, servis tabakları, tuvaletler, mescitler, lavabolar, çocuk oyun alanı, localar ve VIP salonları son derece temizdi. Hatta camlarda ve çatal,kaşıklarda leke olup olmadığını kontrol ettim ve hiçbir kusur göremedim.

İşletme Düzeni Masa yerleşimleri oldukça iyi; masalar geniş, sandalyeler rahat ve yükseklikler ideal seviyede ayarlanmış. Masalar arasındaki mesafe de gayet iyi; yan veya arka masalardan gelen konuşmaları duymuyorsunuz.

Personel Girişten itibaren personel güler yüzlü bir şekilde karşılıyor ve yönlendiriyor. Sorularınıza net, nazik ve açıklayıcı yanıtlar alabiliyorsunuz. Personelin saç, tırnak ve kıyafet temizliğine özellikle dikkat ettim; hepsi son derece temiz ve düzenliydi.

Personel Davranışı Bazı işletmelerde, sipariş esnasında "hadi siparişini ver de gidelim" tarzı bir acelecilik hissedilir. Ancak burada böyle bir durum yaşamadım. Garsonlar, sipariş vermeye hazır olduğunuzu anladıkları an nazikçe yaklaşıyor ve sizi rahatsız etmeden siparişinizi alıyorlar. Bu yaklaşımı gerçekten çok beğendim.

Bilgilendirme ve Yönlendirme Tabelaları İç ambiyansa uyumlu, şık ve dikkat dağıtmayan yönlendirme tabelaları yerleştirilmiş. Hem görsel olarak hoş duruyor hem de işlevsel.

Yiyeceklerin Lezzeti Eşimin yediği burgeri çok beğenmesi üzerine, iftar vaktinde tekrar giderek aynı burgerden sipariş verdim. Lezzeti ve pişirme oranı gayet iyiydi. Patates kızartması oldukça tazeydi. Burger ekmeğinin lezzeti mükemmeldi ve soslarını da çok beğendim.

Müşteri İlgisi İşletme içinde fotoğraf çekmek için bir hanımefendiden (ismini paylaşmıyorum) izin istedim. Kendisi, mekanın tamamını gezmem için bana eşlik etti ve detaylı bilgilendirmeler yaptı. Nazikliği ve ilgisi için kendisine şahsım adına çok teşekkür ederim.

Engelli Erişimi İşletmede üç giriş kapısı bulunuyor; bunlardan biri engelli rampasına sahip. Mekan içinde katlar arası geçiş için engelli asansörü mevcut. Engelli lavaboları oldukça kullanışlı. Ayrıca hem iç hem de dış alanda tekerlekli sandalyeler için yeterli park alanı düşünülmüş. Masaların yükseklikleri de tekerlekli sandalye kullanan müşteriler için oldukça uygun.

Özel Yemek Alanları Mekan içerisinde 5-6 farklı loca bulunuyor.

Çocuklar İçin Eğlence Alanı İşletme, çocukları da unutmamış. Büyük bir çocuk oyun alanı mevcut ve burada çocuklara eşlik eden bir oyun ablası da bulunuyor.

Özel Etkinlikler Doğum günü gibi etkinlikler için yaklaşık 100 kişilik VIP salonu ve toplantı salonu var.

Otopark İşletmenin önünde ve çevresinde yeterli miktarda ücretsiz otopark alanı mevcut. Ayrıca vale hizmeti de sunuluyor.

Eleştirilerim Kaliteli bir mekan olmasına rağmen ön cephesi oldukça sönük kalmış. Mekanın girişinde, yürüyüş yolunun ortasına yerleştirilen "bal kavanozu kulesi" gibi reyonlar, adeta bir aktar dükkanına girilmiş hissi veriyor ve mekana pek yakışmıyor.
