Terrazzo Ristorante Italiano — Restaurant in Başakşehir

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for quite some time, often visiting with my Turkish friends whom I've introduced to its charm and I've left positive feedback about the delicious food and friendly service. However, my recent solo visit left me deeply disappointed.

Firstly, the service was shockingly poor. The waiter did not bother to clean the table or wait for me to order properly. Instead, he brought water without asking just to add the cost of it.

Moreover, despite my request to avoid cheese due to allergies they told me that they cannot make a cheese-free pizza. After some unnecessary back-and-forth and stress while i informed them that i am allergic and they accepted before and i even showed them the pictures of the pizza , they eventually agreed, which should have been a simple matter without giving that stress.

To add to the discomfort, I was seated in an area infested with mosquitoes, which aggravated my experience further.

The most disheartening part was the lack of basic courtesy. When I settled my bill, the waiter didn't even offer a simple "thank you" or any gesture of kindness.

It pains me to say that a restaurant I once considered a favorite in Istanbul has now fallen into the category of disappointing establishments. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to regain the trust and satisfaction of their patrons.

This restaurant is very impressive in terms of decoration, seating areas, service and food quality. There is plenty of parking space available with valet service. The main entrance consists of stairs and wheelchair access. The decoration of whole restaurant is very nice, causy and warm. The waiters and the manager are very professional and friendly. The menu is typical Italian dishes. I have tried as primo dish Carpaccio, which was mouth watering. The secondo dish was Spaghetti seafood. This was paired with garlic bread and house red wine. The garlic bread was excellent and the red wine was impressive and was served in a nice big wine glass. The most impressive about this restaurant is, value for money. Good quality of food and the price is very reasonable. This restaurant is highly recommended for families, small and big groups. Keep up the good service and big thanks...

We had a pleasant dining experience at Terazzo Restaurant. The food was genuinely delicious — fresh ingredients, well-seasoned dishes, and a nicely curated menu that offered something for everyone.

However, the atmosphere felt a bit tired and could benefit from some upkeep to match the quality of the food. Additionally, while the staff were polite, a more engaging and attentive service approach would elevate the overall experience significantly.

With a little more attention to ambiance and hospitality, Terazzo could easily become a standout dining spot. Still, the food alone makes it...
