Just stunning what else can be said. As soon as you enter the hotel up the stairs you’re greeted with the most gorgeous panoramic view of the sea. The cocktails are delicious and one of a kind. We had the „tasting menu 2” and it was delicious. The a la carte really doesn’t make sense if you compare the prices so go for the tasting menu. We were able to swap a starter for lamb for my partner with no issue. The staff were very helpful and also delighted we selected local Turkish wine which was delicious and refreshing. The ingredients used were super fresh and we left feeling full and happy. what a disappointment! what a poor service! Many of our requests (napkin, spoon etc.) were forgotten and the bottle of drink we ordered wasn’t left on the table which would be okay if they checked for empty glasses. Since they did not do that, it was frustrating to ask for more drinks while eating. Additionally, we ordered 6-7 courses and almost all of them came together without a proper order, and they got cold due to that…They also forgot to pick up the empty plates even though there were only 4 tables with guests in the whole restaurant. Malva Bar at Susona Bodrum is a fantastic spot with sea views, amazing sunsets, and a stylish, private vibe. It’s open not only for hotel guests but also for outside visitors. Nehir, the bartender, is very professional. I tried the Malva Mule with Elit Vodka, the world’s most awarded ultra-premium vodka, and highly recommend it.
