The fine dining menu is carefully curated, with locally sourced organic ingredients. Our favorite dishes include beet hibeş, baked Turkish ravioli, and cream puff. All the main dishes are work of art. Seriously the attention to detail here is very impressive.

Also, the staff consists of the kindest and the most helpful people. They are also very well-informed about the food and wine pairing, which I personally appreciate a lot. If you're looking for a special place with a delectable culinary experience, you're in for a treat.

A journey through the culinary amazingness of Turkey. We enjoyed the restaurant as part of our hotel stay and had everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner as a result of covid 19 prevention. BUT there is absolutely no reason to eat outside! This restaurant is one of the absolute highlights of my culinary life! Grandmothers recipes with the love and spice of a fresh young generation, with the aim to eat and prepare what their garden shares, to enrich the gastronomic cuisine of turkey with mindfulness and sustainability in a way that nourishments brings you to a bliss state. This gemstone is worth every effort you take.

I came without any reservation alone, on a rather not too busy night. The service overall was extremely weird and clumsy: I ate alone but no one really bothered to remove the cutlery for more guests on the table. I never had a glass for water, I used my cocktail glass. I asked how big where the dishes and how much should I order, I’ve been told one a would be sufficient - unfortunately I ended with a very small plate and had to reorder. I was left alone for so long before ordering anything. I had to run after a waiter to ask to pay because I asked the bill several times and no one came.

Food overall was extremely salty, although very fresh and well cooked it was so salty it was quite bothering.
