Nelipide Gurme — Restaurant in Kadıköy

We arrived at 9.15pm and were shown to our table by one person with a smile and a warm welcome. It was clear his colleague wasnt very happy who seemed to be grumbling about something. Next a waitress came and told us that the kitchen was not working, so the only things we could choose were Pide. She came back 5 minutes later and told us that the only thing we could order was lahmuccun. Clear a lazy set of staff that were eagre to get home, rather tham accommodate us and the many other customers they were refusing, while still serving food to other customers. The owner needs to take notice of the profits he is losing in the last hour...

Mediocre place. Pretty decent food overshadowed by the careless and amateur service. Also requires reservation for a weekend breakfast since it is horribly crowded at that time; which is surprising to me as there are other places of similar, if not higher, performance in the area. Although, you might have to wait for the people who are sitting at your reserved table to finish first anyway since they do give out reserved tables to other people just to try and (fail to) squeeze them in before your arrival. Bugün Nelipide Gurme’den iki adet ürünü GetirYemek üzerinden sipariş ettim. Esasen canımın çektiği ürün “Galdirik Kavurması”ydı. Bu kavurmaya evde kendim yumurta kırıp yiyecektim. Yanında da bir ürün daha sipariş ettim “Sakarca Kayganası” diye bir ürün. Buraya kadar herşey güzeldi.

Ürünler gecikmeden geldi ancak esas yemek istediğim ürün olan “Galdirik Kavurması” yerine “Galdirik Kayganası” geldi. (Bilmeyenler için, ikisi birbirinden apayrı şeyler. Biri sadece otun kavurması, kayganada ise mısır unlu yumurta ile omletimsi birşey oluyor.)

GetirYemek Canlı Destek üzerinden durumu aktardım ve Kaygana yerine Kavurmasını beklediğimi ilettim. Temsilci doğru ürünün gönderileceğini söyledi. Ben de teşekkür ettim ve görüşmeyi sonlandırdım.

Sonra kurye tekrar geldi ve bu kez de “Galdirik Kavurması” yerine “Sakarca Kayganası” gelmişti.

Artık iyice sinirlerim bozuldu ve bu kez getiryemek canlı destekle yazışmak yerine restoranı aradım.

Ürünün yanlış gelmesinin “getirin işgüzarlığı olduğunu”, “kendilerinin yapacak birşeyi olmadığını” “bir daha ürün göndermeyeceklerini” belirttiler. Sinirle telefonu kapattım.

Tekrar GetirYemek canlı desteğe ulaştım. Sonuç olarak doğru ürünü bana ulaştıramayacaklarını söylediler.
