Unfortunately we had an awful experience in this steakhouse We came a long way to eat at this place but they couldn't get our orders right The waitress Marve seemed to understand english when she took our orders and said she understood how we wanted our steaks cooked We ordered 2 medium well and two medium rare steaks and they brought two well done and two medium steaks at our table. Since all of the food were overcooked we sent it back so they remake our order and again made sure it's clear what we want What they brought the second time to our table was even worse They didn't remake our food They took what we sent back and cooked it even more We didn't send the food back because we didn't want to wait again , we were hungry so we ate the food but it was awful. At the end when I wanted to pay I talked to the waitress again asked if she understands English well and she said yes , she obviously didn't, I again explained what happened what they did wrong how they even overcooked our already overcooked food and she said she is sorry The owner or manager also came and asked what went wrong in turkish , I don't know what she told him but he also only said he is sorry! They charged us more than 3000 turkish lira for that awful food and only said sorry. I asked the waitress what's her name she said "Marve". After a good couple minutes When we were leaving she came and asked if we wanted coffee and dessert on the house but we were leaving so we didn't accept. This butcher shop/grill offers a unique concept. Once inside, you will find a refrigerated display case where the meat selection is extensive to satisfy every appetite. The meat is then cooked to order. Here you will also select your sides as well as your after dinner dessert.
We selected one bone-in ribeye steak and two lamb shish kebab along with the house specialty salad, the Şerf Salata. The salad was deliciously flavored with strips of peppers, radish, baby corn, pineapple, mint and a dash of chopped walnuts.
We asked for Steak and Kebabs to be cooked medium and while we waited, we were served grilled seasoned potato wedges as well as lightly toasted pita bread with red dip.
The meats were served on a wooden cutting board with a half potato that was baked and stuffed with cheese and mushrooms.
The meats were seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. The baked potato made for an excellent side kick.
The service was attentive and friendly. From my observation, the restaurant was impeccably clean and so were the restrooms.
I highly recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable meal. Your taste buds...
