Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Konyaaltı

Place is nice. Working atmosphere on second floor is nice too. Coffee is ok. Service is rude, not helping clients if they have some problems with electricity or other things. I think stuff is unhappy to work there. :/

If Starbucks still cares about service and l brand in general, they should consider to do better interviews and hire people who want to get this experience and who will be happy to serve people.

The worst Starbucks you can find in Antalya - maybe anywhere. The staff is very extremely slow, unmotivated and unskilled. The average waiting time is about minimum 20 minutes because the staff is working extremely uncoordinated and there is definitely too less staff per shift.

As you can see on the photos the shop is also dirty and less cared about.

This Starbucks has the worst Baristas that are disrespectful to their clients. Me, my mum, aunt and my uncle ordered drinks. Baristas were not asking for our names. A few moments later we noticed that in our Cups were written some other names. This DOES sound disrespectful and unprofessional. Writing random names on our orders is NOT ok.
