Skully's Burgers — Restaurant in Nilüfer

We dined at 1:30 the restaurant was empty. So the atmosphere was low and quiet until the host put some music on. The food was disappointing. The chips while tasty were not seasoned. I had a chicken burger and all seamed fine but sadly as I got towards the end the texture and taste of the chicken changed. To my disappointment the chicken was raw! This was at the thicker side of the chicken piece that said if cooking chicken one would hope that the cook would check this with thermometer to ensure food safety standards are met. The response from the host was less then I would have expected or have given in my experience in this instance. The response was if you had of told us earlier then…. But we told you as it was identified as it was unevenly cooked. Uncooked or raw chicken is dangerous to consume and every commercial kitchen should take every step to ensure this doesn’t occur. But if this does then treat your customers with empathy and compensation. No compensation of any portion of the meal was given....

The waiter tried to get 50 LT extra after I checked the receipt I saw he added 10 extra cheddar souse!! ‘attached the receipt’ which I did not ask for, also he did not want me to give the receipt but i told him I want it. Anyway after I told him about it he acted like he did not get it and then gave me back 20 LT and then i told him 50 not 20 he posed again and then said the rest 6 souses are for the burgers which I did not know that they charge for cheese on burger, anyway I ordered 5 burgers I did not have 6, so just look at your receipt if they do this to us they do maybe for you, also now I do not trust how they take care of food if they are dealing this way with some costumers. Ben mekanı pek sevdiğimi söyleyemem. Personel oldukça az, bu nedenle gelen gideni takip edemiyor ve zamanında ilgilenemiyolar. Boşalan masalar uzun bir süre toplanmıyor ve temizlenmiyor. Mekanda tek çeşit yiyecek var. Tek kofteli, cift kofteli ve üç kofteli burger, başka bir şey yok. Burger'in köftesi 180gr çiğden, yani oldukça küçük ve kuru. Aldığınız tek köfteli burgerin köftesi ve ekmeği oldukça küçük ve fiyati 18TL, asla bir kişiyi doyurmaz. Burger house ya da beef burger ile asla kiyas bile yapılamaz. Beef burger de 220gr köfteli cheese burger 19TL menu olarak, yanında patatesi ile birlikte ve kocaman bir ekmek ve malzemelerin beraberinde. Fakat burada patates zaten benim hoşuma gitmedi ve pahalı. Taze yemeklik patates kullandıkları için patates yağı emiyor bu nedenle içi yağlı ve yumuşak oluyor. Biri arkadaşlara kızartmalık patates lambalarını anlatmalı bence. Uzatmayayım, amacım mekanı kötülemek değil ama boğazına düşkün biri olarak bu mekanın bana ve damak tadıma hitap etmediğini...
