The island itself is extremely beautiful, and this ice cream/ Coffee shop is amazing. The whole street smells sweet, but we needed to rest and enjoy the weather. We loved and enjoyed our pistachio ice cream, and Arabic gum ice cream. Then we had two coffee; espresso and Americano, and they were very testy. The customer service is A+, the guys were so helpful and nice. We needed to put the wheelchair on the side, as my mom wanted to set on their chairs and enjoy her coffee, and they helped me with everything. Will come back again.

The most generous and delicious ice cream I’ve had in Türkiye! 🤤 Mr Mehdi was entertaining and kind. Thank you for your service. Do try the black mulberry, Raspberry and chocolate ice creams. Kids will love the paw patrol flavor. There is heating indoors for winter and comfortable seating. I’ll shall remember this branch each time I visit Türkiye. 🇹🇷

Ay öncelikle bu mekana yapılan haksızlık şaka mı! 3.5 puanı görünce cidden çok üzüldüm çünkü uzun süredir hiçbir mekandan bu kadar memnun ayrılmamıştım. Ben flat white arkadaşlarım da iced latte aldılar. Kahveleri beğendik ayrıca bunların yanında da dondurmalarını denedik. Antep fıstıklı sade nutella damak limon yogurt lotus hepsini çok çok begendik. Çalışanlar da inanılmaz tatlı. Dondurmanın üstüne koyulan minik külahta denemek istediğiniz dondurmayı soruyorlar. Ben bu noktada nutella ve damak arasında kaldım. Ay sizi mi kıracagız ikisini de verelim size diyerek ikisni de ekledi ve beni de cok mutlu etti. Ayrıca hesabı öderken sona kaldığım için siz çok beklediniz bunu da ikram edelim diyerek minik kornet içinde çikolata ikram ettiler (onu da çok beğendim yine tavsiye !) Genel olarak herkes çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Mutlaka bir gün de tatlılarını denemek için tekrar giderim. Ayrıca fiyatları bize aşırı aşırı uygun geldi çok şaşırdık. ÇOK tavsiye bana güveniniz!

A Traumatic Experience I’ll Never Forget

This was the most traumatic experience of my life. We visited Princess Island in 2016….our very first trip to Turkey. My daughter was just 2 years old at the time, and I was a first-time mom.

I remember my husband had to step away to use the washroom and asked us to wait. I was really tired, so I sat on one of the chairs with my daughter, away from the busy side, just to rest for a moment.

Suddenly, a man — apparently working there — came rushing toward us and started screaming at the top of his lungs:

“GET UP!!!!!! This ice cream in your hand is not from here! Why are you sitting here?! GET UP, GO, GO, GO!!!”

I was shocked, embarrassed, and humiliated in front of everyone. I couldn’t stop crying. That single incident ruined my entire trip, and it left such a deep scar that I have never returned to Turkey since.

No one deserves to be treated this way, especially not a tired mother holding her...

Rip off!! They got all the orders wrong( we ordered an egg croissant and got a cheese one, we got bacon croissants and got served pastrami, we ordered crepes with no bananas ,guess what, they gave us dry crepes WITH BANANAS .I asked for the crepes to be switched out they gave me crepes with different toppings than what i ordered ) . The chocolate crepe had TOMATO SEEDS IN IT. Watered down beverages. The strawberry milkshake was just a bunch of chemicals. Never had worse dessert in my life . Overpriced for absolutely nothing. It took them so much time to deliver the food even though it was bland. Played horrible music on speakers that don’t...
