We visited the restaurant and my wife ordered steak with mushroom sauce, medium cooked. The dish arrived completely cold (the potatoes and the sauce), so we returned it to the waiter on the basis that it would be properly prepared. After five minutes the same dish was returned to us, but my wife did not check it immediately because she was busy feeding our little daughter, and after ten minutes it turned out that the steak was full of blood and not cooked as we had ordered.
When we informed the responsible staff (an older man wearing glasses), he dealt with us arrogantly, and took the dish again on the basis that it would be prepared medium as we had ordered. We waited an additional twenty minutes, but he came back and took empty plates from our table and said coldly: “Your wife’s order is canceled, isn’t it?” while the matter was not cancellation but re-preparation.
This behavior is unacceptable from a restaurant of this level, and it is illogical that my wife sits without food all this time. And when I inquired about the dish, they confirmed that it was canceled and they would not start preparing a new one until that moment, as if our long wait meant nothing.
I only thank the employee Anas who tried to calm the situation, but the situation itself cannot be justified. And for your information, I have dealings with the regional headquarters for the Middle East of the Crowne Plaza Hotels chain, and I will also submit a complaint to them about the way of dealing in this restaurant, because such negligence damages the reputation...

I ordered omelet with potato and onion and cheese (this is the title of the order in the menu) and i tell the waiter to put extra chili and he bring it without cheese and without chili! Even though cheese was mentioned in the title of the order, and then i return the plate to them and the chef came to me with angry face and voice and told me: look its not there in the menu! He wanted to prove that I am wrong! And in bad disrespectful way, and he keep showing to me the Turkish menu , he did all that without asking me even what is my problem! And then he saw that its there in the menu and then he came to explain that the Turkish menu is different than the English by mistake and he still not apologizing to me!! And keep trying to say that its the fault of translation in bad way! I told them I am a costumer , the menu problem and the behave and manner is fault of who?! The sky?! The restaurant for sure! And no one is apologizing or speaking in a good way ! And then in the end the manger came and he was even worse! He started to say that oh his personality , he is different today , ohhh he is new, and not taking me seriously and he didn't at all apologize too!! This is the first time in my life to see all this ego without any logical reason towards a costumer that asking for good civilized behave !
