Alright everyone, gather 'round! So, picture this: we're cruising into gorgeous Grand Turk, right? Now, this little slice of paradise isn't exactly overflowing with fancy restaurants, but guess what? Mother Nature provided the perfect pit stop! Yep, you heard right – that gently beached whale? Well, for us lucky travelers, it was like finding an oasis in the desert, a quirky, one-of-a-kind "shack" for our lunch break! And let me tell you, the welcome was as warm as the Caribbean sun! The Cons: Service was so SLOW. Took forever to get our food and the order was half wrong. Got 2 chicken sandwiches and ordered chicken tenders. Ordered a Grouper sandwich no sauce. Had sauce. Food took over an hour to come out so it was infuriating when it was wrong. Told them not to remake. Burger was cooked to death as well.
The credit card system stopped working. I had to run all over the area to try to pay. Had to walk to Margaritaville with the server to pay there. Was told to take out cash. I refused due to it being a credit card and I can't take cash off it. Went to another bar to try to pay and eventually they took what cash I had.
I was so bummed because this place had great reviews and this was a...
