Love this place, we always come here when on our stopover to Grand Turk. Food is excellent, prices are great, drinks are also good. I had curried lobster with rice and slaw a few weeks ago. All were delicious — Lobster was tender. The curry dish was as good or better than restaurants we ate around Grace Bay. Service is friendly and quick. Patio is a nice setting in the evening, very relaxing and locals are super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

4 tostones for an entire meal. We were the only ones at restaurant and food took 1 hour and 5 mins to arrived. I normally don't complaint and very simple but fish unfortunately wasn't cooked all the way. It was our last place in turks and not the best. Price for fry fish was $25 on meny but we were charged $30 each for a fish that honestly could of paid $15 or less somewhere else.

We had three hours to kill before our flight so we walked over from the airport and ate Caribbean breakfast here and really enjoyed it. Callaloo and codfish, and ackee and cod fish. Served with twists of delicious fried dough. This was better than any breakfast we ate at the fancy resort on south Caicos where we spent the last three days.

Terrible experience. They had only two things available on the whole menu and only told us after we already ordered our food and two waters. When we explained that we came to the restaurant just to eat what we ordered, the waitress said she’d check but when she came back she tried to convince us to order something else that we didn’t want. When we said no and that we’ll just leave, she said that we need to pay $4 for our two waters. No apology, no explanation. She just tried to force us to pay before we left even though they did NOT have what we ordered on the menu. We only had our credit cards, so when we just gave up and tried to pay to leave she told me that they will need to charge me $10 now because it’s a credit card. We just started to laugh because it was so obvious they wanted to squeeze as much money out of us as possible, even though it was THEIR fault that they didn’t update their menu or tell us when we ordered that they didn’t have the food. They only waited to tell us until after we ordered water so that they could trick us into staying and paying. Terrible experience and really just sad. Went to Chinson’s Grill Shack at the end and it was wonderful- great food, great service. Hole in the Wall should just stay...

I would give less stars if I could. We decided to spend the last night for dinner of our vacation at the Hole in the Wall. First of all, part of the menus have prices and part of them don't. Drink menu doesn't have prices either. We had to ask the prices for most of the entrees we wanted to order. Then, when we ordered three entrees and one kids meal, asked if all the entrees come with two sides. The waitress told us they come with two sides. But when we got our bill, they charged us three entrees for $16-$18 each, plus each entree extra $6 for fries (first side) & $8 for plantain (second side). Also for the kids meal hot dog charged extra $6 for the side of fries (which they told us it comes with fries). So total we paid almost double for our meals because of the extra charges for the "free" sides. When we asked them why we were charged extra for the free sides, they basically didn't give us a good reason and just handed the bill back to us. Extremely disappointed. They tricked us to order extra sides that we didn't want to order or were dishonest about their menu. We won't recommend this...

Called for several days with no answer. Was trying to verify they were open due to covid. Finally got an answer and the lady wasn’t too friendly. We decided to check it out anyway because we read they had the best jerk chicken on the island. We were definitely disappointed. The chicken was super dry and didn’t seem fresh at all. The lady waitress wasn’t too friendly or hospitable but there was a gentlemen that started helping us that was much friendlier and helpful. Based on the food alone, we would not return. We weren’t impressed at all. And they were out of a a lot of side choices...
