Here to echo other reviews that say the spa is wonderful but the bistro is not good. Waste of money for most dishes. I ordered the tofu bowl and the tofu was soggy and not seasoned well. The bowl had wild rice, a pinch of shredded carrots, and a sliced up piece of avocado. There was no sauce on it and no side, had to ask for something to help it not be so try and bland.

Very disappointing. Went with a group of gals and we ordered different t things including the chicken flatbread that was painfully dry with no sauce or oil of any type, vegetable soup that tasted like watery V8 juice, an overpriced yogurt parfait that was tiny, and a strawberry shortcake dessert that tasted like an old ice cube you find in the back of the freezer.
