Ola Brasil Restaurant — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

It’s our very first time to taste something entirely different and of other sort. It was a Brazilian dinner tonight. This beautiful yet exotic looking restaurant is located near Abu Dhabi international airport in Al Ghazal club. It serves pure Brazilian cuisine. Their rates for whole buffet are quite reasonable and in that they offer unlimited access to their bbq (of all sort) and drinks. We started of with the salad bar and that section of the restaurant was my most favorite as it has all kind of salads you wish to eat under one roof. Arabic and Brazilian fusion. They had fattousch, tabouleh, Ceasars salad (w/o chicken strips), yummy shrimp salad, fresh garden salad, mussels and so many more choices. Then some other Brazilian delicacies as main course were too being served there. There was a fresh sushi bar which had some 4 types of sushi ranging from California sushi, smoked salmon sushi, Maki Mono, Nigiri sushi. They were offering 2 types of soups as appetizers and a lot of dressings and sauces with different dishes n salads. The main point of focus is their live bbq. I must say I haven’t eaten so fresh, tender and juicy bbq ever. Be it chicken, beef, lamb, prawns (there was octopus too which we didn’t taste). Of course, the cuisine is entirely different to what we eat on regular basis so the taste varies but their sauces completes the essence of spice which isn’t much there. Not to forget about their freshly prepared mojitos. They serve strawberry, classic, kiwi and pineapple mojitos only. But all of them are must have. My personal favorites were strawberry and kiwi mojitos. They were so refreshing and tempting that you need more. One plus of this restaurant is that they have a huge kids play area and outdoor sitting as well. It means you can enjoy food while your kids enjoy playing. They have a big screen on projector where they play matches n kids movies in winters. They also have billiard section where your men can be occupied well while you can enjoy your girl chat. So it’s an overall plus for me. A different yet amazing experience Dinning with them....

It's pretty easy to see from the other reviews that this is one of the best dining experiences in Abu Dhabi. I've been here on three separate occasions and each time has been stellar beyond expectations.

If someone asked me what my dying wish was for a place to eat it would probably be OLA Brasil depending on how much it would cost to fly there.

The Food: Fantastic every time. The meats are extremely high quality (I'm an Aussie so I have high standards) and, are both seasoned and cooked to perfection each time. On top of that, my gf is vegan and actually the salad bar had an astounding amount of veggie and vegan choices, full of creativity and flavour. The surprise star of the show is their specialty BBQ pineapple which has won me over each visit. People tend to come for the meat but the real memories come from the pineapple.

The Service: Service is outstanding. No other way to put it. While sometimes if it is busy you might have to wait for BBQ to arrive, the servers are fantastic and friendly. Good sense of humour and they seem to have a good team coordination which is pleasing to see in a restaurant concept so ambitious. Greg is also a living legend, looking after his team and the guests like no man I've ever seen before. You can tell the staff are passionate about the experience, and they're comfortable enough to have a fun time with you as well.

The Atmosphere: Really nice, one of the nicest sunsets early on in the year, setting on the wide open golf course and very family friendly too. The latter two times I came it was height of summer so outside was not an option but inside has tasteful music and makes for a nice evening.

This is definitely one of the most exciting dining experiences I've been to in the world and I appreciate the effort involved down to every little detail in the salad bar, sushi kitchen and desserts. I couldn't recommend this place enough - if you're in Abu Dhabi even for a stopover this would be the first place worth going to, followed loosely...

What stood out the most about Amir was his genuine care for the customers. He took the time to engage in pleasant conversation, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. His friendly and accommodating nature created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the meal even more memorable.

In addition to the impeccable service, the ambiance of Ola Brasil was delightful. The vibrant decor and lively atmosphere, combined with Amir’s exceptional hospitality, made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. I left the restaurant feeling not only satisfied with the delicious food but also deeply impressed by the outstanding service.

I highly recommend Ola Brasil Restaurant, and especially commend Amir for his exemplary service. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
