Hi This is Sandeep Today I visited to cone-zone for a dinner the food quality was fine but I ordered 1 pomegranate juice and I got it but which chef had made that was so unauthentic, not proper made . Pomegranate juice should be squeeze not a blend in mixer machine all seeds will blend and its be become tasteless and bitter in taste . If you couldn't serve that item in proper way you can diny to guest sorry sir we don't have either you can choose other one juice , guest also will agree on that but I paid all the bill which amount was 31.15dhrs. actually bill doesn't matter how much how you are serving to the guest that's the matter, guest satisfaction is more important to increase sales.
But I was really happy for that cashier and other food service guy they were so polite they called me back in restaurant and he returned me the amount which juice I ordered ,cashier told me sir u dint drink so we couldn't take charge for juice , I told them no problem I have paid the bill but he hold my hand I get back money

However, I was really disappointed to witness the cashier shouting at one of the employees very disrespectfully in front of customers. At one point, he even said "I will beat you," which was shocking and completely unacceptable.
As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to see such behavior. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, especially in a public setting.
