antar cafeteria al jurf — Restaurant in Al Jerf

Me and almost all my family members were taking food from them since covid but todays experience was out of the class which i wasnt expecting from them, We (me n husband) bought sandwiches when opened small cockroach inside and antar cafeteria staff instead accepting their non compliance hygiene mistake they were saying its alive and may be come inside from ur side, we took sandwiches without stopping any where me already ate one sandwich n i was about to open second than saw this cockroach took picture as proof but they indirectly keep blaming us. I ordered 2 cheetos fries and a chicken popcorn in front of the shop (car parked) and they made my order last waiting almost an hour. making the 3 cars came behind me like literally I'm the first order from them.. 40 mins waiting I came inside to complain then that time they just making my order . telling me that those people already called via phone but I literally heard them their just taking their orders..
